## Description

As the Industrial Project Manager at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, you will lead high-stakes operational breakthroughs in vital defense manufacturing. You will oversee on-site equipment maintenance operations, including complex preventive maintenance, precision calibrations, and rapid repair initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Orchestrating complex maintenance operations

- Streamlining technical workflows

- Driving flawless schedule integration

- Managing end-to-end service delivery

- Leading daily alignment meetings with the PHNSY&IMF maintenance work center

- Implementing the contract Quality Assurance Plan

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $125,000.00 and $145,000.00 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
