## Description

Join Fin as a Systems Engineer in IT, where you will work on evolving our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious IT team that leverages SaaS-based solutions to be at the forefront in the business processes and employee lifecycle automation space.

As a Systems Engineer, you will identify and solve team, organisational, and business automation and integration problems. You will design, build, and own efficient and easy-to-maintain automations and integrations that address challenges and improve our posture in identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance and enterprise email deliverability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and solving team, organisational, and business automation and integration problems

- Designing, building, and owning efficient and easy-to-maintain automations and integrations

- Participating in high-impact cross-organisational projects to integrate, expand, and evolve our corporate IT infrastructure

- Governing and promoting automation and AI adoption through enablement and education

- Driving IT incident response in concert with other InfoSec and engineering teams

Requirements include:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer

- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions by making data-driven discoveries and finding corresponding solutions

- Good knowledge of a high-level programming language, e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl etc…

- Experience building and operating systems in the cloud, without a traditional corporate network perimeter

Nice to have:

- Experience building robust, scalable integrations between billing and an ERP system, preferably Netsuite
