As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you will be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

- Management:

- Work effectively with store management and store crews

- Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities

- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

- Customer Service:

- Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints

- Promote CVS customer service culture

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

- Merchandise/Presentation:

- Price merchandise

- Stock shelves

- Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise

- Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise

- Reset departments following planograms

**Requirements**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, and to respond to urgent issues

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours**

- 20 hours

- Part-time

**Pay Range**

- $16.00 - $23.00
