## Description

Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, is looking for a 3D Animation Lead to provide leadership to the animation team on projects. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality 3D animations using industry-standard software such as Maya, Max, and Motion Builder. The role involves conducting first-level animation reviews, establishing workflows, and collaborating with animation artists, project managers, and other leads.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to the animation team on projects

- Conduct first-level animation reviews and engage in hands-on development work if necessary

- Establish workflows, clarify client requirements, and assist with effort estimates and bids

- Resolve project issues by collaborating with animation artists, project managers, and Animation Leads

Requirements:

- Skilled at creating high-quality 3D Animations on both Keyframe and Mocap

- Experience with industry-standard software such as Maya, Max, Motion Builder, Blender, and Unreal Engine

- Good knowledge of In Game Animations / Cinematics creation pipeline

- At least three years of experience in a 3D game, 3D Production, or Game Art Services company in a Lead or Associate Animation Lead role
