As a Primary Care Sales Consultant - Striker in Fayetteville, AR, you will implement sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product, driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians and Nephrologists.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build professional relationships with primary care, nephrology, endocrinology, and pharmacy staff

- Drive utilisation of approved cardiovascular and menopause products

- Leverage expertise in diabetes and menopause marketplaces to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Provide strategic and tactical planning input to commercial colleagues

- Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritise time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understand customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

- Anticipate potential barriers to goal achievement and propose solutions

- Handle customer objections effectively and exceed customer expectations

- Share exemplary skills with others in the region in a training capacity

- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance

- Comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience

- Proven track record of consistent high performance in sales or relevant experience

- Proven ability to develop long-standing relationships with customers

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and fostering of an environment promoting ethical behaviour and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Advanced degree

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, primary care, and specialty

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

- Virtual sales experience

- Strong local relationships with healthcare professionals

**Compensation:**

- Salary range: $120,960.00 to $181,440.00

- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission
