## Description

We are seeking a Materials Assistant to join the team at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow, part of Circle Health Group. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be an active member of the Materials Department, involved in the day-to-day running of the department, providing an effective and high-quality materials management service to all internal customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring stock availability through correct order processing and replenishing of pre-approved stock and products

- Maintaining accurate departmental paperwork and files

- Complying with all relevant mandatory training

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A minimum of GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent

- Proficiency in the use of a PC, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work independently without close supervision

- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
