### Responsibilities

- Manage budget versus actuals for business and finance expenditures, ensuring financial discipline across departments.

- Report actual financial results, comparing them with plans and forecasts, and provide insightful commentary on variances.

- Assist in month-end closure activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with internal standards.

- Alert leadership to unforeseen expenses, risks, and opportunities through proactive financial monitoring and analysis.

- Identify cost reduction opportunities and make actionable recommendations to leadership for operational efficiency.

- Develop long-term financial projections and build robust financial models to support strategic planning.

- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and performance, and communicate results to stakeholders.

- Perform budgeting, forecasting, operational metrics tracking, and identify cost optimization opportunities for business units.

- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and report on performance for business partners and leadership.

- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements to business processes.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards.

- Support ad-hoc business analysis and reporting requirements for various business units.

- Ensure high data accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses.

- Design and implement reporting tools to enhance transparency and flexibility in financial analysis.

### Requirements

- CA (Chartered Accountant), ICWA (Management Accountant), US CPA, or MBA (Finance specialization).

- 10+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, and analytics, preferably in a leading high-tech company.

- Strong background in accounting, expense accruals, analysis, and capital expenditure analysis.

- Advanced analytical and numeric skills; adept at handling complex data and translating it into actionable insights.

- Working knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; hands-on experience with Oracle is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with Corporate FP&A partners and functional teams.

- Willingness to work in shifts to enable collaboration with global teams across different time zones.
