## Description

As a Contract Manager at Vattenfall Eldistribution, you will have a central role in large and complex investment projects. You will work closely with project managers and project organizations throughout the project lifecycle, using your experience in contract management and negotiation to drive contract and procurement issues forward. You will identify risks and opportunities, challenge when necessary, and contribute to informed business decisions. The role involves more than just interpreting contracts; you will proactively drive contract and procurement issues forward, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to well-founded business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified specialist support and active partnership to project managers in complex contract and procurement issues.

- Ensure compliance with contracts in supplier and contractor agreements from project start to project completion.

- Drive and participate in negotiations with contractors and consulting suppliers.

- Interpret contracts and make business assessments of change and additional work.

- Write, develop, and review agreements with external actors.

- Develop contract templates, working methods, and support materials.

- Build collaborations and networks internally and externally.

- Capture experiences from projects and implement them in concrete improvements of contracts, working methods, and methodology.

Qualifications:

- Solid experience in qualified work with construction contracts and contract questions within construction, infrastructure, energy, or other project-intensive activities.

- Very good understanding of AB and ABT, as well as good knowledge of AMA and its application in construction projects.

- Experience in implementing regulations, contract requirements, and technical descriptions in practice.

- Background in construction, contract management, project management, or law.

- Drive and energy, with a willingness to get things done.

- Take initiative and responsibility for moving issues forward.

- See collaboration as a prerequisite for success.

- Share knowledge, listen to others, and are curious about new perspectives.

- Communicate fluently in Swedish in professional contexts.
