## Description

As a Senior Programme Manager of Series and Variants Model at McLaren Automotive, you will report to the Director of Programme Management Office and work closely with the Vehicle Line Directors (VLDs) to lead all aspects of programme delivery for assigned programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing project business cases for full life cycles

- Setting and delivering robust project targets as agreed with the Leadership Team

- Ensuring successful approval of all series project and MDP42 gateways

- Delivering programme financial targets

- Providing day-to-day direction to principal stakeholders

- Leading a matrix organisation consisting of cross-functional teams

- Resolving programme-level risks and cross-functional conflicts

- Developing and managing programme budgets and cash flow forecasting

- Integrating commodity strategies into programme delivery

- Supporting system and component design, release, development, and validation plans

- Preparing and presenting material for programme status reviews

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience leading high-performance cross-functional teams

- Broad automotive experience

- Knowledge of project management tools and processes

- Excellent systems design and development knowledge

- Understanding of existing vehicle technologies and future trends

- Experience with engineering release management processes and systems

- Innovative and structured approach to problem solving

- Budget management experience
